-links replaced with getlink()
-links to adminpages replaced with adminlink()
-no more undefined index
-no more cms notice if an user have choosen a state that is not usa
-no more blank page using different languages
-country, state, province are multilanguage now
-select your country and automatically only your country's state and cities will be displaied
-support png, jpg and gif (if gd permits) ...
-select max width and height, manually, for images and thumbnails in admin
-upload image weight up to php.ini max allowed size otherwise use your favorite size format 1M or 700K or 300000B
-lot of db improvements
-reduction of code
