ziehe mein Backups mit sqldump und spiele es per Shell auch wieder zurück leider werden die Backups in der falschen Sprachkodierung erstellt wie bekomme ich die in uf8 hin und wieder als uft8 wieder zurückgespielt

iconv -f iso-8859-15 -t utf-8 alte.sql > neueutf8.sql Wink

oder gleich "--default-character-set=utf8" verwenden
