Hey Jungs ich hab die Lösung:

Mit Firefox portable gehts, liegt also daran, daß der IE scheinbar geblockt wird.

Hab mal schnell oben auf den zend-link geklickt, keine Probleme.
Liegt also wohl eher nicht an dragonflycms.org.
Kannst du mal am DOS Promt 'ping dragonflycms.org' eingeben? Als IP sollte dann kommen: 69.57.185.107.
Evtl. mal den Firefox versuchen, Netzwerkeinstellungen überprüfen (TCP/IP), bei T-online nachfragen.
Ich hab das Gefühl das die Anfragen an einen falschen Server gehen, evtluelle Ursachen könnten sein: Viren- Malwarescanner, wie sieht die Datei C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts aus?
Welcher DNS Server ist in den TCP/IP Einstellungen eingetragen? Mal den OpenDNS www.opendns.com versuchen, sind die IP's 208.67.222.222 und 208.67.220.220 für DNS Serveradressen.
